(note: free tickets are donated. Please honor our donors and do not sign up for this event unless you have a family member with special needs.)
The entire family will enjoy this performance of Sleeping Beauty. The lights will be dimmed but left on so people can come and go as needed. We provide figit balls and have a quiet room available.
Pre-performance activities, coloring, face painting (you'd be surprised. Folks told us children on the spectrum wouldn't want face painting but some did!), and other fun will be available.
Tickets are awarded on the honor system. The Kathleen Brenneman Fund, Glover Crask Charitable Trust, and Golisano Foundation make these free tickets available only for families with children with special needs. (Brenneman and Golisano especially for children on the Autism Spectrum) Grandparents, caretakers, and others you consider "family" are welcome.
There are a limited number of wheelchair seats. If you need one please email, jfitzgerald@rochestercityballet.org.
