Chasing Change welcomes the community to come together to reflect, share stories, support each other and raise awareness of mental health by participating in the annual World Suicide Prevention Day Walk.
Walk for Suicide Prevention 2019 is a proud community initiative and collaboration between Chasing Change and Mornington Peninsula Shire Youth Services, It's Okay Not To Be Okay, Free Hearts, HALT and SEMPHN.
Food, coffee and community activities will be available from 9am with formalities commencing at 10am and the walk at 10:30am.
A sausage sizzle will be cooked by HALT volunteers and will be available for a gold coin donation.
Information regarding mental health, support services and upcoming training will be available to attendees.

All profits raised will fund future suicide prevention activities and education in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula communities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to acces 2 free phone/facetime counselling sessions after the wlak thanks to Cyber Clinic.
