The Healthy St. Mary's Partnership (HSMP) Annual Meeting offers an opportunity for participants to network, learn from public health experts, and receive updates on local health improvement efforts.
The 2019 HSMP Annual Meeting program will include several distinguished speakers on a range of topics related to local health improvement efforts, including:
- social determinants of health;
- American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Project 2025;
- Charles County's mobile integrated healthcare program;
- the Carroll Anti-Stigma Resilience Effort Campaign;
- comprehensive community-level chronic disease prevention;
- the e-cigarette epidemic;
- and more!

Do I have to be a member of the Healthy St. Mary’s Partnership to attend this event?
No, anyone that is interested is welcome to attend the HSMP Annual Meeting! But if you would like to help create a healthier St. Mary’s County you can join HSMP for free by visiting: www.healthystmarys.com/membership!
Is the conference schedule available?
The 2019 conference schedule will be posted at www.healthystmarys.com/hsmpannual2019 when available.
Will lunch be provided?
Food trucks will be offering lunch for purchase onsite at the Annual Meeting between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Will CEUs be provided?
Yes, our partners at the Department of Social Services will be coordinating CEUs for interested attendees. Participants that meet the requirements will recieve their CEUs by mail. Cash and credit will be accepted.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, printed tickets are not required but all attendees are asked to register so that we can be prepared with enough seating, handouts and refreshments.
