Opportunities for Innovation
Join us at the 2019 Wisconsin Oral Health Conference, September 24-25 at Hotel Marshfield as leaders in the health care community convene to discuss the future of oral health care.
The conference will consist of lectures, interactive panels and dinner Tuesday evening. This conference is designed for medical and dental providers, health researchers, dental/health educators, legislators, public health officials, Medicaid/CHIP dental program staff, community health center personnel, Head Start workers, school nurses, students, health policy advocates and federally employed dental personnel – in short, anyone interested in collaborating to improve oral health of the public.
Registration for the conference includes WOHC membership through September 30, 2021. Completing the conference registration verifies that you have read and agree to abide by the WOHC Conflict of Interest Policy.
**Five continuing education credits will be offered.
Hotel Accommodations
When making hotel reservations, please call 855-583-2700 and reference the group Wisconsin Oral Health Conference or block code 2587. The group rate of $82 per night will be available until August 26 (or until the block is full). On this date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released for general reservations at the hotel's prevailing daily rate, which may be higher than the group rate. If you require the hotel state rate, please mention your state rate status upon booking hotel accommodations.
