This course explores how you can find a coaching mindset and your best version of an empowering way of being as a leader. You’ll learn new approaches to communication that unleash responsibility, development and commitment in your team(s). Over the four days, you’ll discover your pitfalls and strengths through true-to-life role plays, practicing effective tools to help deal with challenging situations, and getting plenty of feedback from the trainer and your peers.

2nd & 3rd of March and 23rd & 24th of March; 9:00 - 17:00 each day. The month gap is designed to give you the opportunity to put these ideas into practice.
