Graduated in 1997 from Universita' degli Studi di Teramo, Italy, - Law degree, CPA Diploma, Business Administration and Computer Programmer - Steven worked for a decade in the legal department  and business development of the Banca del Fucino, Roma, until the founder of the Farnese Group offered him the position of North America Export manager. Shortly after, in 2011, in order to better manage the market, Steven decided to transfer his residency in the USA where he is spending over 70% of the year. Cooking and wine pairing some of his hobbies, among with playing soccer, skiing, biking and visiting the fitness centers of each hotel he stays.
