Lets make wonderful homemade pizzas! We'll learn about fermenting and make dough for great pizza crust. We'll learn, water bath canning for preserving a tasty pizza topping. We'll learn cheese making and make homemade mozzarella. This will be FUN, I registered for the 3 pm class, but if your working you can also go to the 6:30 pm class! Learn about water bath canning as we preserve a tasty pizza topping; learn cheese making as we make homemade mozzarella; learn about fermenting dough as we create the crust for our wonderful homemade pizzas! Plan to join us at the session which best suits your schedule. Each class is limited to the first 24 registrants.
