Set against a relaxing country backdrop, the Hampton Festival on Sunday 19th May promises to be bustling with fresh produce and artisan goods, restaurants, wineries and live music. A full day of food, fun, art and music for friends and family to enjoy.
Featured activities include the ‘Growers on the Green’ local producers precinct, live music performances, farmer talks and demonstrations, the bee keepers experience, sand sculpting, craft beer tasting, Hampton Art Exhibition and interactive art demonstration sessions, as well as great children’s food and artistic activities.
The Festival’s Chapman Park is an idyllic setting to relax under the majestic blue gums and enjoy the Festival’s live music and taste superb, local produce and locally made food and wine from one of the many featured regional restaurants and wineries. Before you head home, grab some local products and fresh produce from stalls in the Market Place - that way you get to enjoy these delicious delights at home too.
The Hampton Festival Weekend is a vibrant annual celebration of local food production and regional artisans of the High Country Hamlets micro-region and runs from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th May 2019.
The weekend offers visitors unique and authentic high-country experiences which highlight the autumn season, the natural beauty and bounty of local produce.
Learn new skills and gain hands-on experience at the art and food workshops from peaceful yoga with a healthy breakfast, to chocolate making, camp oven cooking and silk painting on Saturday 18th May - there is something for everyone. Local chefs will certainly tempt your taste buds at the ‘Tastes of the Region’ produce dinners held on the Friday and Saturday evenings at various venues.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Shuttle buses - Take the hassle out of travelling to the Hampton Festival and take one of the FREE SHUTTLE BUSES. Get dropped off and picked up right at the Festival entrance. Catch the shuttle bus from Toowoomba, Northpoint, Highfields, Cabarlah or Crows Nest. For pick up and drop off times go to http://www.hamptonfestival.com/getting-here
Parking - the main parking is opposite Chapman Park and you will be guided by members of the Rural Fire Service. Please help support them with a gold coin donation.
Travel by car or plane - please go to website above for directions if you are driving or for further information regarding direct flights into the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, in order to enter via the priority entrance you need to provide your ticket and have it scanned.
What can I bring into the event?
We try to look after the environment so remember to bring your own reuseable water bottle and refill at the Festival water refill station.
Please note - dogs, other than service dogs for the vision impaired, are not permitted on the Festival grounds and no alcohol can be brought into the Festival.
What's the refund policy?
You can receive a refund up to 30 days prior to the Festival.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
