Sharon Moore, MBE | Technical Leader at IBM Travel and Transport
Sharon Moore, MBE was appointed IBM UK CTO for Public Sector in January 2019. She marries the needs of industry with the potential of technology and breadth of IBM, to transform technical capability into real business results. You will often find her on stage discussing the impact and value of technological advancements.
Sharon is a board member of the CENSIS Innovation Centre. She was honoured with an MBE in the Queen’s birthday honours 2018 for services to women in technology based industries, and presented with the 'Inspirational Women in Leadership' award at the inaugural Scotland Women in Technology Awards 2017. She is Deputy Chair of BCSWomen, leads BCSWomen activity in Scotland, and is a board member of Scotland Women in Technology.
Melinda Matthews-Clarkson | CEO at CodeClan
Melinda Matthews-Clarkson has spent her 25 year career as a leader in technology. She is currently the CEO of CodeClan where she leverages her passion for people and her business skills to drive growth into the Scottish Digital Economy. She has held roles as a VP of Sales, Global Executive of Business Development & Enablement, Director of Marketing and VP of Alliances and Partnerships. She uses her experience in Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce and Internet of Things with her 'can do' attitude in bringing offerings to the marketplace that will drive quality customer experience.
Melinda has led a wide range of businesses from small high-growth teams; global expansions; acquisition integrations; new product and program initiatives; to large international sales teams focused on technology and the use of software to make companies more profitable and customer-oriented.
