As a condition of passage on any vessel, all passengers agree and accept to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions affect your legal rights to make claims and file lawsuits against The Perfect Event including the time limits for making claims and filing suit, the governing law and the venue for resolving disputes against the Company. Please read them carefully
POLICIES:
CHECK-IN at the ticket window at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Passengers must be checked in, with tickets in hand, ready to board at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
BAGGAGE POLICY: ONLY Backpacks and small bags allowed
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Tandem bicycles, kayaks, four wheeled dollies or trash cans over 13 gallons, four-wheel carts and fixed four-wheel wagons. Due to presence of lithium ion batteries, drones, hoverboards and electric bikes are PROHIBITED to transport.
USCG PROHIBITS: Flammables, combustibles and dangerous items. Bags are subject to inspection upon arrival at the vessel.
PETS: No pets allowed unless they are registered service animals. Registration must be shown upon arrival.

TIME LIMITS FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH CLAIMS. If you believe you have a claim against the Company for personal injury or death, you must give written notice of your claim to The Perfect Event, Inc. within 6 months, and you must file suit within one (1) year of the date of the injury (or the event that caused the death) or your claim will be time barred. See 46 United States Code Sec.30508(b).
APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH CLAIMS. All claims for personal injury or death shall be governed by federal maritime law and the statutory laws of the United States. All claims for personal injury or death must be filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

BAGGAGE - PROHIBITED ARTICLES
Acids, batteries, boxes (except those containing apparel), camp stoves and lanterns (containing fuel), fuel,
construction materials, cots, dangerous articles, explosives, firewood, food-stuffs, furniture, gambling devices,
gasoline, glassware, guns, household articles, flammable material, internal combustion engines of any kind,
kerosene, lumber, meats, merchandise, motorcycles, extraordinary value, produce,
televisions (except portable), tires, motor powered vehicles, typewriters (except portable), alcohol, and wire.
DANGEROUS COMMODITIES
U.S. Coast Guard prohibits the carrying of dangerous commodities, drugs or weapons on passenger vessels. Fuel,
firewood, charcoals, batteries, outboard motors, flammables (i.e.: white gas, liquid fueled camp stoves and lanterns),
combustible material or offensive items are prohibited. Factory tested items are not allowed on board at anytime,
i.e.: generators and motors.
