Be Well in the Big House celebrates the health and well-being of our community through a variety of activities on the field and concourse of Michigan Stadium.
Please register for no more than two on-field sessions.
Football Drills and Thrills Class Description: You’re on the field of Michigan Stadium – what better place to perform exercises inspired by popular training drills! This class will use a variety of exercises to burn calories and condition your body.
No equipment needed for this class. All levels of fitness and skill are welcome; no experience required.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
Participants should wear tennis shoes / sneakers. Bring your event ticket, an exercise mat or towel, water bottle, and your U-M Employee ID.
Concourse Activities from 3 – 7 p.m.: Visit the concourse area to sample healthy snacks, talk with health experts, visit the M Farmers Market, and more. Every hour, you can also join in on 15-minute sessions of Tai Chi, Meditation, or Cardio Drumming.
