Join us for our third Freedom to Lead staff conference on Wednesday 18 September.
As well as providing an opportunity to review progress and look ahead to the next six months, Freedom to Lead 3 will focus on our approach to distributed leadership and what ‘freedom to lead’ means in practice across all our services and teams. We will also be taking this opportunity to welcome our new colleagues from Manchester Health and Care Commissioning and Trafford Community Health Services.
We will be taking this opportunity to welcome our new colleagues from Manchester Health and Care Commissioning; and representatives from Trafford Community Health Services who will be working more closely with us from October when they move to MFT.
We would also like to share some of the amazing things that have been happening in the MLCO where our teams are demonstrating Freedom to Lead in practice. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from some of the things that have been taking place through the Nesta Challenge - bringing together people from across communities and different organisations to try something new to improve local health and wellbeing.
It promises to be a great day of learning and networking, and the event is not just open to MLCO staff, but also to any organisation that would like to work with us to promote healthier living and improving the lives of people in Manchester.
