According to statistics, less than 5% of African descent people within the region will be qualified for a full retirement pension.
Cameroon Community of Ottawa (COCACO) and African Canadian Association of Ottawa (ACAO) are organizing an International conference on strategies for Retirement and pension plans for African descents people living within the National Capital Region.
At Fairmont Château Laurier, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa
On Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM
The presentations will be made by subject matter experts from Employment and Social Development Canada, City of Ottawa, Private sector, investors.
The conference will shed light on how to plan rationally for retirement regardless of the employers or whether people plan to retire in Canada or back home.
Light & healthy pastries, as well as refreshments, will be served.
