FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Your ID may be checked upon entering the event if you do not bring your printed receipt. This must be done to verify that you are indeed the person whose name is on the ticket. For an easy ticket pick-up, it is suggested that you bring your printed ticket receipt. All ages are allowed; however some 18+ panels require proof of age for admittance. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed into the 18+ events, even if accompanied by an adult or parent.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes.
What is the refund policy?
We do not give refunds, however, if you are unable to attend due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will save your ticket purchase for you to attend next year.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, the ticket must be picked up by the matching attendee.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The hotel has lots of free parking. Overflow parking is available just down the hill at the Holiday Inn Express, and beyond the fence behind the Holiday Inn Express.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Obviously, no real weapons. Also no cosplay weapons with metal; nerf guns are allowed, but no nerf bullets, please. Also, no alcohol or drugs are allowed in the convention area.
