This year, every adult who registers online before June 17th will receive a free NEMBAfest 2019 commemorative T-shirt! Vendor registration gives 1 free t-shirt before June 17th. Vendor "Additional staff" do not receive free a t-shirt. Youth registrants do not receive a free t-shirt.
Full weekend registration includes concerts on Friday and Saturday nights, parking, demo bikes, on-going group rides of all ability levels, shuttles, skills clinics, games and prizes. Children 7 and under are free, but need to be registered.
To receive camping access, you must register for the Full weekend as either RV or tent camping. Due to space constraints RV camping is capped at 250 and tent camping will be capped at 1250.
The parking area is separate from the campgrounds. Cars are not allowed in the tent campground. Staff and volunteers will transport your camping equipment from your car to the campground.
The campgrounds are primitive. There are portable bathrooms and showers on site.
Car camping is not allowed.
Dogs are not allowed.
If you do not plan to camp, visit the Kingdom Trails website and find the accommodations tab to find your local lodging options. Make your reservations early!!!
After January 31st, Adult Registration with tent camping will cost $130, RV camping will be $140 and without camping will be $110.
On site adult registration for the weekend with Tent camping will be $145, RV camping will be $155 and without camping will be $115.
You may edit your entry any time before the event by logging on to Eventbrite and changing your info.
No refunds after May 31st.
Vendors, please note that if you plan to have your vehicle within your space, the booth size that you purchase must accommodate that.
