For sharing and getting knowledge, meeting old and new friends at our events!
And we are happy to invite you to the 5th Anniversary celebration!
It is going to take place on May, 25th in Lviv.
As usual, we will have great speakers and topics, and this year we invite you to an awesome afterparty with Хамерман знищує віруси!
The cost of the ticket to Morning@Lohika 5th Birthday covers the ticket to the fan-zone of the concert.
Meet our Speakers and their topics:
Nicolas Fränkel will have a topic It's all a matter of perspective.
Who doesn't want to be successful? Everybody does! But "success" and "failure" are very subjective terms. Is success being a famous developer advocate? Or an IT director managing hundreds of people? Or is it only money? Or perhaps, success is about raising a happy family? In this talk, I'll try to go beyond the simple notions of success and failure and try to uncover what is underneath
Viktor Polishchuk - is going to speak at our event with his topic Developers role in a modern software factory.
Nowadays software developers have so many responsibilities that it becomes complex to focus on the real values. Do you consider that code quality has to prevail over business value or development velocity? Who you would like to have in your team: a gloomy super-engineer or "party animal" middle developer? What is the best job offer: a legacy project with a million angry users or hipster startup with no codebase yet? Is there a development life after 30? This questions can be easily answered if you know what are you going to win and lose by choosing one over another. The goal of the talk will be to shed light on what is currently the role of developers in software creation. What can be done to ease the pain and finally start enjoying the process.
Volodymyr Kondratenko is going to share his experience with the topic Successful project that was a failure.
Some failures let us learn more, some less. Volodymyr will share a lesson from his experience that let him learn a lot about things that make software project successful.
Next two speakers are our welcomed guests from the USA, Jeffrey Ricker and Paul Lyman with their topic How to Fail - an explanation of how to fail at any engineering project, software or otherwise, with principles and examples..
Join us and let's make the party great together!
