OOWA’s annual conference has been steadily growing over the last 19 years. This annual event brings together all categories of professionals within the onsite and decentralized industry. This year’s event will be hosted at the Deerhurst Resort to allow for an all-in-one event venue and hotel accommodation. All breakfasts, lunches and breaks will be held in the middle of the exhibit hall, ensuring ongoing foot traffic throughout the course of the convention. This event is Ontario’s largest within the industry, and will draw hundreds of delegates as well as government representatives and international participants. No other event in Canada puts you in touch with this many industry decision makers.

1. What is the refund policy?
Delegate Registration - Full refunds, less a $50.00 administration fee, will be issued upon request up to and including February 16, 2018. No refunds will be issued beyond February 17, 2018.
NOTE: Ticket transfers will be honored in the following way: members may send alternate members at no additional cost. Members may send alternate not-yet-members for an additional fee in accordance with ticket pricing. Not-yet-members may send alternate members; however, a refund will not be issued for the difference in ticket price.
