Our first meetup! Meet me at Jireh (their smoothies and baked goods are amazing! Plenty of food options as well if you are hungry) for a short discussion on daily shifts you can make for instant stress/anxiety reduction as well as a little doodling activity I practice daily to manage my anxiety (and keep those pesty panic attacks from creeping in). I will provide all the materials. Just bring yourself and a friend if you’d like. End time is really whenever we feel like leaving hahaha This is a VERY casual conversational meetup so no need to panic if you’re running late.
