Autoimmune and Chronic Illness Support Group Did you know there are over 80 kinds of auto immune diseases? Even with those stats, we often feel alone with our health issues. Wouldn't it be great to all get-together to meet others like us who have RA, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Thyroid, Lichen Planus, Chron's, Myositis or Vitiligo or other chronic conditions? At this time, we are not welcoming Health Care Providers into the group. Our main focus is to provide a venue where individuals can find support, discuss ways to cope, share their experiences and learn from one another. Many people with chronic illness feel alone with their health issues. Healthy friends and even family members most often, “just don’t get it”. Sharing with like-minded people can be uplifting and bring hope. Anyone with any chronic pain or disease is certainly welcome to join. We all need a support system!
