Fun ultimate game with upper elementary to middle-school kids, with one or two parents also playing on each team. Very relaxed, with lots of learning opportunities and good spirit. Coach Alan has been playing ultimate for 25 years and teaches everything from throwing technique to offensive and defensive strategies. A typical day includes a warmup drill, playing ultimate, halftime break with another drill, and some more ultimate. Please do signup when attending, as we cancel any week without at least 4 kids and 2 playing adults. Signup for the number of players attending (so 0 guests = kid playing only, 1 guest = either kid+parent or 2 kids, etc.). Try to bring both a white and dark colored shirt. Cleats are recommended but not required. See you on the field!
