Two days of events will be available in 2019:
Friday, June 21st -- Light the Fires Dinner, 5:00pm-9:00pm
Join the Pitmasters as they prepare their stations for Saturday's Smoked and Fired Foods Showcase event. This dinner event will be catered by the culinary team at Settlers Creek. Enjoy live entertainment, fellowship and get to know the Pitmasters and Application Station Chefs before Saturday's feature event.
Saturday, June 22nd -- Smoked and Fired Foods Showcase Event, 11:00am-4:00pm
We will welcome nationally-recognized Pitmasters from the four corners of the United States as they gather in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to showcase the best of American barbecue. Using the large, custom-built culinary equipment that Settlers Creek is known for in the Pacific Northwest, Pitmasters from around the nation will feature premium proteins and specialty side dishes at each of their individual stations at the event. Menu plans are in the works for this summer celebration!
In addition to the pitmaster stations for sampling the various barbeque styles and accompaniments, the event will also feature area culinarians leading “application stations” where guests can discover other ways to put these primal cuts of smoked and fired foods to work in their home menu planning.
Regional craft beers and wines will be included from regional producers, as well as fun family activities and entertainment throughout the event.

$29.00 Adult ticket (ages 13 and up), includes full food access and non-alcoholic beverages
$15.00 Youth ticket (ages 5-12 yrs old), includes full food access and non-alcoholic beverages

Onsite Parking Pass Options for 2019:
Please note that limited parking will be available onsite. Onsite parking passes are $10.00 per car, per day and must be pre-purchased online when you buy your event tickets. Complimentary offsite parking will be available with shuttle options to the event venue - more information will be posted soon!

Event Proceeds Will Benefit Kootenai Humane Society
We are pleased to have From the Ashes, An American Smoked and Fired Foods Adventure support the team at the Kootenai Humane Society! A portion of all proceeds from the July 14th From the Ashes event at Settlers Creek will be used to purchase much-needed medical supplies for the pets at KHS. As a non-kill facility, the team at KHS keeps all animals there healthy until they are adopted. Cash and donations like event ticket proceeds (yep, more CASH!) is the best way to support their efforts there, as they can use that to purchase food, medicine and other equipment they need to keep those darling critters happy and healthy!

Will tickets be available at the gate?
At this time, the event is expected to full sell out before the event date. No onsite ticket sales are expected.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All ages are welcome throughout the event -- add guests with beer/wine tickets or purchases must show valid identification to verify they are 21 years of age or older.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
