Encore Boston Harbor is hiring more than 5,000 people to join our opening team. On Monday, March 18, Encore Boston Harbor will be conducting interviews at the Hynes Convention Center, giving candidates the opportunity to interview for their desired role.
Upon completion of this registration, candidates may select the department and role they are interested in.
Registration is not mandatory, walk-ins are accepted should registration become full.

How should I prepare for this event?
All candidates at this event will receive an interview. We advise that candidates arrive dressed in office professional attire and bring a minimum of 3 printed and updated copies of their resume OR copies of their skillsmart profile.

Candidates will have the option to apply at the job fair, however, this will add to their wait time.
What should I bring into the event?

Will there be a waiting room for visitors?
This event is for interview participants only. There will not be a waiting area for visitors.
What should I expect?
Interviews will be conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Candidates who have pre-registered will receive an expedited call time; however, the volume of candidate attendance will dictate the overall wait time.
Due to the high volume of interest for this event, please prepare for the possibility of a long wait time.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to obtain this position?
The minimum age to be eligible for employment at Encore Boston Harbor is 18 years old. However, many positions require a 21-year-old minimum.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
This event will be held at the Hynes Convention Center, 900 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02115. Please be sure to arrive 15-minutes early for the scheduled start time.
There are multiple parking options around the Hynes Convention Center. Parking will not be validated.
Public Transportation is also an option. There is a Hynes Convention stop on the Greenline (C).
