Graduate students are invited to participate in the Graduate School’s Convocation on Saturday, May 25, 2019. The master's ceremony will be at 8:30 a.m. and the doctoral ceremony will be at 11:30 a.m.
The ceremony, which takes place in Bass Concert Hall, lasts about two hours and will be streamed live. Each graduate/candidate will have his or her name read aloud and will walk across the stage.

What are my parking options for the event?
Free parking will be available in all university parking garages as well as on most surface lots.
What can I bring to the event?
Just your regalia. Do not bring any items that will not fit in your pockets or a small purse you can tuck under your gown. There is no place to leave items during the ceremony.
If I do not complete all degree requirements for my degree this semester and plan to graduate in Summer/Fall 2019, may I participate?
No. All degree requirements must be fulfilled to walk across the stage.How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
If I completed all my degree requirements in a past semester but am not currently a student, will I be able to participate in convocation?
Yes. Please make sure to register to participate in the ceremony by May 17, 2019.
