We operate a voucher system for the purchase of all drinks – vouchers are available in multiples of £5 from our voucher station. All gins are £5 including mixer and garnish. Cocktails are £10. On the day, we are happy to refund any unused vouchers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What’s included in the ticket fee? Your ticket provides: entrance to the festival; your own gin glass; a free G&T our Gin Booklet; live entertainment, plus access to the distillers’ masterclasses and their tasters.
Cost of the gins and payment? We operate a voucher system. Vouchers are available, from the voucher station, in multiples of £5 and £20. A standard single gin (25 ml) is £5 with complimentary mixer and garnish. Cocktails are £10 (200 ml).
We are happy to refund any unused vouchers, but vouchers may only be redeemed on the day of purchase before the end of the session.
How can I pay? We accept cash and card payments, but signal is sometimes weak and the card machine doesn’t work, so come prepared.
Are there other drinks at the festival? Yes, at the cocktail bar you can find prosecco, a few rums and cocktails, plus we stock a small selection of bottled ales.
Is there an age limit for this event? Yes, The Gin Society Festival is for people aged 18 and over only. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed entry even if they are in possession of a valid ticket.
Will I need ID? We operate the Challenge 25 scheme, meaning if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for ID, so please bring suitable documentation, as you may be refuse entry without it and we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
Are we allowed to go out and come back into the festival? Yes, of course, but to ensure re-admittance, our door staff will need to give you a small stamp on your hand.
Will there be food at the festival? Yes, food is available at our festivals. The food offer changes from venue to venue, whenever possible we will email you in advance with more details/ menu.
Is seating available? The Gin Society festivals are standing events. We have a number of seats available on a first come first served basis, but seating is not guaranteed and cannot be reserved in advance.

Does the ticket have to be used by the person named on it? No, anyone 18 and over (with proof of ID if required) may use the ticket, so you can even buy them as gifts!
I can no longer make it to the festival, can I get a refund? Yes, we realise plans sometimes change, so we are happy to arrange a refund up to seven days before the festival. It is fine to pass your ticket on to a friend, as long as they are aged 18 or over. To arrange a full refund please email us at hello@theginsociety.bar
Do I get sent paper tickets for the festival? No, your tickets are included in your purchase confirmation email sent to you by Eventbrite. Either download and print it, or use the e-ticket via the Eventbrite App. If you do not receive your confirmation email from Eventbrite, please email us on hello@theginsociety.bar

FoTB Events, producers of The Gin Society Festivals, reserve the right to carry out photography and/or video recording at their events for publicity purposes and to reproduce images and footage on our website, social media and print. By entering into this agreement, you agree that FoTB Events and any party authorised by FoTB Events may use such images in perpetuity and in any format whatsoever. You further agree that any copyright in these materials is owned by FoTB Events.

FoTB Events only collects basic personal data like name, age/ date of birth, address and email. All data is processed in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers elsewhere. We will use your name and email address for marketing purposes to inform you of our events, offers and similar products. UK tax law requires us to keep your basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years. However, we will since we only use it for marketing purposes, it will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time.
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to have it corrected or deleted.
By purchasing tickets to our festivals or entering our competitions, you consent to this privacy notice and give us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
