FAQs
What do I need to sign up on April 10?
You will need your health insurance information as well as a form of payment (debit or credit card).
Can I edit my sign-up form? (T-shirt size, children's preferred activities, etc. )
Eventbrite registration forms will be editable through Wednesday, April 24. After that, all information will be "locked-in" to give us enough time to order supplies and get ready for camp!
What activities are offered this year?
Because we're still finalizing our volunteer activity leaders, we're unable to publish our activities ahead of time. The Eventbrite form can be edited until April 24, so you can make adjustments when your kids are home from school!
Are there discounts for multiple children?
Yes! We have family discounts! Pick promo code "TWO" (10% discount), "THREE" (15% discount), or "FOUR" (20% discount) based on the number of children in your family. Please note that these discounts are intended for family units, not friends attending together or extended families.
Are there discounts for volunteers?
Yes! As in the past, we have discounts for the children of people who volunteer for the entire week. Please email Michelle Franks (mfranks@ststephenschurch.net) to sign up as a volunteer prior to registration. Then pick the discount code "VOLUNTEER" at the time of registration. If you have multiple children, simply select "VOLUNTEER2", "VOLUNTEER3" or "VOLUNTEER4" in the box to stack your family and volunteer discounts.
Are there scholarships?
We have limited scholarships available. Please contact us directly for more information!
How can I contact the Summer Celebration team with my questions?
Robin Turner and Michelle Franks can answer questions about campers or help with any registration changes. Email us here: Robin Turner, rturner@ststephenschurch.net or Michelle Franks, mfranks@ststephenschurch.net.
Is there still a 5th Grade Overnight?
Yes! We're excited to invite campers finishing 5th grade to join our youth leaders at Laurelville for an overnight June 21-22. They will leave following Summer Celebration on Friday and return on Saturday by 3pm. You can register through Eventbrite and pay via cash or check the week of camp ($70).
How old do campers need to be for Junior Camp?
Children who are 3 by June 1 and potty-trained are welcome at Junior Camp, a half-day program that runs from 9:30am-12pm. Our junior camp fills up each year with children who have waited to meet the age cut-off, so this is a firm deadline! Mother's Morning Out is open during Summer Celebration for children ages 2 and under, and spaces may be available.
My child is attending Kindergarten in the fall. Should I register her for junior or elementary camp?
Elementary camp is for children who have completed Kindergarten-Fifth grade. Rising kindergartners may join Junior Camp.
