Momentum Conference is our annual Easter Conference! We love to set aside time to come together as one church. The dates for Momentum 2020 are Thursday 9th April - Saturday 11th April 2020.

Kids Provision
MOMENTUM KIDS
The incredible MOMENTUM KIDS team create a fun, memorable experience where your children will not only enjoy themselves, but they'll have the opportunity to personally encounter God. There are three age groups:
* Momentum Minis – For children aged 1 and walking to children in reception
* Momentum Kids – For children in School years 1 – 5
* Ignite – For children in School years 6 – 8
(Please note there will also be a baby room available with a live link to the main auditorium)
What to expect?
Each programme is packed with fun, praise and worship, Biblical teaching, connection, making friends, crafts and activities all designed specifically for your child’s age group.
What if my child doesn’t know anyone?
Children are placed in groups of 10-15 (depending on age group) with their own group leader. Your child will be in the same group across the conference to ensure each and every child has the opportunity to make new friends and have fun together. The leaders are great at getting everyone involved, and make sure everyone is cared for.
What to bring:

Drop off & Pick Up
Parent drop-off begins 15 minutes before each session and parent pick-up begins immediately after each session.
Safety + Security
Our outstanding Momentum Kids team are trained and have all undergone enhanced DBS checks. All Kids leaders come from our Equippers Church campuses and we have full confidence in their ability to work with the children.
First Aid + Special Needs
All programs will have a trained first aid person on site.
If your child has special needs we would love to host them at Momentum conference to the best of our abilities, please contact monica.collard@equippers.co.uk so we can discuss your child’s specific needs.
On Door Tickets
For those wishing to book tickets on the door, there will be an additional processing fee added to the price. If you would like to avoid the additional fee, please pre-book your tickets.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please note that tickets are non-transferable. Additionally, tickets cannot be shared out among different individuals. However, please note you can buy a day or session ticket.
Wristbands
Upon check-in, each delegate will be given a wristband. The wristbands allow you entry into the main auditorium. If you lose your wristband, you will need to purchase another for a fee of £2.50.
Please note: When purchasing a ticket for this event, you are confirming that you are committing to attend this event. If you are not able to attend this event due to an unforeseeable circumstance, Equippers Church will be able to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. If a refund is requested after the 30 days please understand that Equippers will NOT be able to issue a refund.
If you are unable to attend and you would like to pass your ticket on to someone else, contact us at least 7 days before the event with the name of the person taking your ticket. Please note that tickets cannot be shared amongst different people and each individual needs their own ticket to gain access the conference.
