SST is a FREE one-day (8 hours total) annual conference, held in conjunction with Brain Injury Awareness month. The purpose of SST is to provide education to healthcare professionals, students, and families and survivors living with a brain injury on the best practices, challenges and solutions when living with a brain injury. The theme for SST 2019 is Brain Injury, Mental Health, & Addiction.
Registration opens at 8:00 am. Program begins at 9:00 am and concludes at 4:00 pm.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Suggested parking for easiest access to the Bob Wright Centre is Lot #1 (across from the Bob Wright Centre). There will be SST ambassadors with signage to assist and direct you to the event. Day permits and hourly parking are available from dispensers at a rate of $1.50/hour to a maximum of $8.00/day. Dispensers for day permits are conveniently located in all numbered lots. They accept quarters, $1 coins, $2 coins, Visa and Mastercard. Day permit holders may park in any General Parking stall. If you wish to purchase a day parking pass ahead of time, you can do so in person at the Campus Security Services Building, open 8AM to 5PM during the week.
What can I bring into the event?
Food and beverage breaks are included with your registration. This includes: morning and afternoon breaks and a delicious lunch. To the best of our ability, options for all dietary preferences have been made. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE. FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE ROOM B150.
