In its 34th year, FEST is an annual DePaul University tradition bringing students a concert experience to celebrate the end of the academic calendar, featuring past artists such as T-Pain, Logic, Jesse McCartney, Childish Gambino, and A$AP Ferg. The DePaul Activities Board (DAB) is excited for our 2019 lineup for this year’s event taking place on Friday, May 24th from 4:00-9:30pm at the Quad, followed by After Hours in the LPSC Student Center!

*One guest allowed per DePaul student – guest ticket sales will begin May 2nd at 8:30pm*
**ALL TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE**
Early bird tickets: $5.00 (DePaul Students Only – through May 3)
DePaul Student Tickets: $10.00 (after May 2nd at 8:30pm)
Guest of DePaul Student Ticket: $10.00 (after May 2nd at 8:30pm) (Maximum of one guest per student)

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES FOR FEST 2019

A DePaul student ID and a FEST ticket are required for entry. The student ID must be for the person bearing the ticket. No other forms of ID will be permitted.

No large purses, bags or backpacks (anything larger than 12” by 12” will not be allowed)

Bags will be checked and all students will be wanded by security at the entry. This is for everyone's safety.

No re-entry

No outside food/drink

You may bring an empty water bottle inside FEST. We will have a free water bottle refill station available.

No professional photography/videography

Intoxicated students will not be admitted entry
GUEST OF DEPAUL STUDENTS POLICY

A maximum of one guest will be allowed per student

Guests will be able to purchase tickets at $10. Ticket sales will be FINAL and non-transferrable/non-refundable.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older and provide a government issued photo ID.

Students are responsible for the actions and behaviors of your guest in regards to university policy violation, as well as local, state and federal policy and law.

Parallel to DePaul student policy, students may be personally and financially responsible for the actions and behaviors of their guests. Guests must be personally known to students. Students are responsible for informing guests of the policies and procedures of the DePaul campus. Guests must abide by university policies and procedures at all times. Guests who exhibit inappropriate behavior may be required to leave campus. As hosts, students are accountable and may be subject to disciplinary action if guests violate a policy or procedure. Students may also lose guest privileges for other campus activities.

Guest tickets will not receive rain insurance.
AFTER HOURS EVENT POLICIES
**Join us for After Hours in the Lincoln Park Student Center 120AB immediately following FEST!**

Doors open at 9:30pm

This after-party is free for DePaul students + one guest (even if you don't have a FEST ticket)

Only a DePaul student ID is required for entry

GENERAL REMINDERS

We do not have a place for you to store belongings, so please bring as little with you as needed.

We will have food/beverages available for purchase. You can pay by cash/credit card.

Please be responsible! FEST is a great way to celebrate the end of another school year. We want everyone to have a fun and safe time at the event.
