Calling Runners and Walkers of All Levels:
Spring is here - join our monthly evening run in Central Park with Dr. Metzl, ASICS, and our IronStrength community on Thursday Evening, May 23rd! This time we're starting from the ASICS 5th Avenue Flagship Store in NYC!
Runners and walkers are welcome, distances from 5k-10k!
We'll plan on meeting starting at 6 PM inside the ASICS Store at 47th and 5th Avenue! There's a changing area and bag drop on site -- we'll head out to the park at 6:30 PM and meet back at the store at 7:30 PM.
After class we'll have tunes, snacks, and giveaways!

All adults,18 years of age and older, must register separately and agree to a Participant Release at the Event. Minor participants under 18 years of age must be registered by and attend with a parent or guardian with legal capacity to agree to the Participant Release on the minor's behalf on-site at the Event. In the case of inclement weather ASICS and IronStrength reserve the right to reschedule the event.
