Fork & Salad is a chef-inspired salad restaurant that originated in Maui, Hawaii, aiming to redefine the possibilities of farm-to-table cuisine – as healthy, quick, convenient and affordable, so it can be enjoyed every day by everyone. Our mission? To spread a taste of Maui, infused with aloha spirit to all parts of the world — one guest, one salad and one community at a time! Orange you’re first!

There will be a traditional Hawaiian Blessing led by Hawaiian cultural practitioner, Kimokeo Kapahulehua, that will be taking place at 10:30AM

Orange Home Grown (@orangehomegrown) who source 90% of their produce from local farms, will be having a POP-UP truck stand at the event from 11AM-1PM, proceeds from our special locally sourced Orange Homegrown Salad will go towards the Orange Home Grown Foundation.

We have farm-fresh SANDWICHES, SALADS, WRAPS, and GRAIN BOWLS for you to choose from, but you can also build-your-own!

Everyone goes crazy for our: Smoky papaya chicken sandwich, Watermelon and feta salad with falafel, Thai salad with shrimp, and Baked ahi melt
