**Once achieved, confirmed qualified attendees will receive a personal invitiation via email to attend either Diamond Day or Leadership Retreat for Premier leaders.
You will have 3 business days to RSVP your attendance once your invitation has been sent via email
TICKET TRANSFERS / REFUNDS / UPDATING YOUR DETAILS AND RANK
Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite until 11.59 PM Friday 12 July 2019. After this date no refund requests will be accepted. All refunds will incur a $25 processing fee.
All Ticket Refunds and Ticket Transfers will attract a $25 fee if performed by dōTERRA Corporate.
We encourage you to update your ticket details yourself by logging into your Eventbrite account prior to Friday 12 July 2019 to avoid a fee.
All Transfers and Ticket details including attendee names and ranks must be updated before Friday 12 July 2019.
