Welcome to the Presiding Elder's Council Retreat, August 19, 2019:
Each year the Presiding Elder's Council meets to discuss ongoing trends of excellence in the leadership arena. We begin our session with registration at 8:30am. The training we receive is meant to equip us to be better Presiding Elders within the CME Church. Our dues are $110 which cover the Retreat Expenses and our Scholarship Awards. After such a robust discussion, we gather to dine and fellowship. The Luncheon generally begins about Noon and your spouses are invited to dine with you. This Luncheon is sponsored by the General Board of Personnel Services, Dr. Tyrone Davis. On behalf of Council Vice-President, Presiding Elder Jane E. Thomas, I welcome each of you to the Presiding Elder's Council Retreat. Again, thanks for registering by July 30th. Please mail your registration of $110 to Presidng Elder Bruce Gipson, Treasurer, Presiding Elder's Council as soon as possible. His contact information is in the directory you received from me. Also be sure to download your free tickets as they will be required for you to attend the luncheon.
