Be Well in the Big House celebrates the health and well-being of our community through a variety of activities on the field and concourse of Michigan Stadium.
Please register for no more than two on-field sessions.
Zumba Class Description: This class is more like a party than a work out! People always worry and say they can't dance or they don't know how to "do it right." Don’t worry – as long as you keep moving and have fun, you will be "performing Zumba” just right. Come on out and enjoy! All levels of fitness and skill are welcome; no experience required.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
Participants should wear tennis shoes / sneakers. Bring your event ticket, water bottle, and your U-M Employee ID.
Concourse Activities from 3 – 7 p.m.: Visit the concourse area to sample healthy snacks, talk with health experts, visit the M Farmers Market, and more. Every hour, you can also join in on 15-minute sessions of Tai Chi, Meditation, or Cardio Drumming.
