sufferwithfriends was created in October 2018 to show how exercise could be used as a coping mechanism for mental health and to openly and honestly discuss mental health in a way to remove the stigma from this illness.
In an effort to expand awareness and discussion, sufferwithfriends is holding an online charity workout to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. It is the nation's largest non-profit dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide. Specifically, AFSP focuses on:

Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention

Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention

Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide in their mission
