Calling all bright souls of Grosse Pointe! Join Lindsay Holder, Living Waters Yoga, and CTYHOP® Social at University Liggett School for CITY GLOW YOGA™ - the largest FREE Silent Disco Yoga class in the city!
CITY GLOW YOGA™ is a community-based Silent Disco Yoga event that aims to connect participants to the light of the city through inspiring outdoor yoga sessions, community outreach, & neighborly fun!
How it works...
As soon as you arrive you'll receive a raffle ticket, an Under Armour® Yoga mat & a comfortable pair of silent disco headphones provided by CTYHOP® to use during the session.
You'll enjoy inspiring tunes curated by our team while learning to increase your flexibility, release tension in the body, and enjoy a unforgettable yoga experience! Plus, a chance to win cool giveaways from our sponsors!
How to participate?
City Glow Yoga™ is absolutely free! To join us, all you have to do is RSVP to reserve your spot! Feel free to bring your own mat if you'd like, a towel, & water bottle and be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Beginners are encouraged & welcome. Youth participants 10 years or older welcome with adult chaperone.

Even more, we are raising funds and accepting donations for the Mercy Education Project which focuses resources on empowering low-income women and girls through education. 100% of the funds raised will benefit their cause.
