This event is aimed at Practice Managers, Admin Staff, Practice Nurses, HCAs, ANPs and GPs - 'A Whole Practice Event'
Learning Outcomes:
Patient Safety is a high priority in health care. However, what happens when things go wrong and how does the practice react to this? What can the practice do to create a positive safety culture to learn from incidents to prevent them from happening again?
From this event you will:

Taking place at the Doubletree by Hilton Park Hotel, Sheffield Park, Sheffield this event will run from 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Registration from 13:00 - 13:30 hours (including refreshments and time to network)
