The 2019 Annual Conference & Exhibits will open on October 15th at 6:00pm with the President's Welcome Reception on the West Lawn at the Agua Caliente Casino Resort in Rancho Mirage, CA.
October 16th and 17th we have two full days of General Session and dedicated time in our Exhibit Hall. The conference schedule can be found at the following link: https://calsaga.org/annualconference/. Our Annual Awards Dinner will be held on Wednesday, October 16th at 6:00pm. All Networking Events and Meals (including the Awards Dinner) are included in the General Admission ticket price.
Tuesday, October 15th: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: President's Welcome Reception
Wednesday, October 16th: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm: General Session and Exhibits
Wednesday, October 16th: 4:30pm - 5:30 pm: Beer and Wine Refreshments in Exhibit Hall
Wednesday, October 16th: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Awards Dinner in the Showroom
Thursday, October 17th – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm: General Session and Exhibits
The last day of online ticket sales will be Friday 10/11/19 at 6:00pm (all ticket sales are final after 10/8/19 - attendee cancellations and refunds will only be considered until 10/8/19 at 6:00pm).
