What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
St Pancras International/kings Cross Underground Station its less that 5 minutes walk and strongly recommended.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You just need to show up with a smile and plenty of business cards to go arround.

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT TICKET AND REGISTRATION
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
YES, you may give your ticket to your friend or someone who you think may benefit from this event.
What happens after I register for the event?
Check your email and spam folder for an email from eventbrite to comfirm your place with additional instructions about the ticket, venue and how to get there!
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can and you should, when you receive an email from eventbrite confirming your attendance, you may change/update your details.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes please, but if you are not able to print your ticket, don't worry, you can download eventbrite App right HERE and show us the email. Or you can show us the email itself.
You might like to know that when you register for the event, you will receive an email from eventbrite to confirm your place for the event and given an option to either get your mobile ticket or paper ticket, the choice is yours. I highly recommend the mobile option. Also, be sure to confirm your email subscription to allow communication from London B2B Network!
Please note! I will be asking for either the email or printed ticket at the event, this is to make sure people are compliant with their RSVP attendance. I am doing my best to keep the events FREE, however if people are not responsible and not bother updatting their RSVP, chances are I will charge an administration fee to attend in the near future.
To AVOID this charges and keep the events FREE in the future, all I ask of you, is for you to Update your RSVP within a timely manner (72 hours in advance at least recommended) if you think you are not be able to make it. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The best practice is to match the attendee, however, if for whatever reason it doesnt, its ok too! Yes you can give your ticket to your friend. Saying that, you might like to know that ticket holders can bring up to two business friends to the event (first attendance only, then your friends should register for future events)

When you arrive at "The Rotunda" venue ask the friendly bar staff about "London B2B Network"reserved area (Table) or look out for the London B2B Network poster that will be located in the table inside. This bar is always busy and so, is best to ask the bar receptionist about out reserved table. Thank you.
