This a festival to celebrate all Caribbean Islands and their native people.

HOW MANY WINES & BEERS CAN WE TASTE?
General Admission ticket entitles you to wine OR beer tasting privileges PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY! We reserve the right to politely refuse service to anyone we feel is intoxicated. Each General Admission ticket purchaser will receive a commemorative wine glass OR beer glass. For those who opt for Beer, they will receive 4 tasting tickets and they will be able to purchase additional tasting tickets on-site in designated locations (credit or debit card only). There will be an abundance of wine and beer to sample so please pace yourself and don’t overindulge! We will be providing lots of complimentary water to drink dispersed at strategic locations throughout the festival venue.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
On-site ticket sales will begin at 11 a.m. Ticket holders may enter at Noon and the event ends at 8 p.m. sharp.
CAN WE BRING OUR PICNIC LUNCH, CHAIRS AND BLANKET?
YES - We encourage our guests to bring their picnic lunch, pop-up tents, umbrellas, fold-up chairs, blankets, small tables, small wagons to tote around items, we will be selling ice on site for you to keep your beverages and food items cold. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES. ALL BAGS AND COOLERS WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FESTIVAL.
CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
Upon arrival, all guests will receive a wristband. In order re-enter the festival after exiting, you must show your wristband.
WHAT TO BRING?
- CASH….many of the craft and food vendors will accept credit cards but to save yourself the time and hassle of having to track down an ATM if they do not, we recommend bringing cash.
- VALID ID….All guests entering will have their ID’s checked to verify that they are of legal drinking age if they have purchased a General Admission ticket.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY TICKET OR I CAN'T COME?
Our ticketing companies will send you an email with your ticket information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN…. If for some reason you are not able to locate the email sent to you with your tickets attached, please email customerservice@aidenentertainment at least 1-week prior to the festival.
WHERE CAN WE PARK?
There is ample FREE parking available at the festival site.
CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN OR PETS?
Kids 12 and under are free but please note that this event is not designated for children. They are welcome, but you will find very little of interest to them at the Festival. Attendees between the Ages of 13 - 20 will need to purchase the DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKET to gain access to the festival.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Service Dogs are welcome but must register in advance and on-site upon arrival with all proper documentation. Please email customerservice@aidenentertainment.com to register.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO ENTRY….Be comfortable. Have fun. Be safe.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
This is a rain or shine event. The Festival will go on regardless of the weather. If it looks like rain, bring an umbrella. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
