Sell more tickets — show who is going to your event
Most ticketing services end at the payment. Here attendees see who is going before the event and find the people they need, travel companions and a place to stay. Tickets, payments and the door scanner are on the same platform.
- 7% service fee + the payment system
- Free events cost nothing
- No subscription
What you get
All of this works today — in the organizer's cabinet and on the event page.
Tickets and payments
Ticket types, price waves, promo codes, free registration. Card payments through Stripe. You set the refund rules and refund an order from the cabinet.
Event page
Cover, description, programme, speakers and partners. For online events only ticket holders see the stream link. All your events are on your public organizer page.
Attendee list and privacy
The «Who's going» block sits right on the event page. Three modes: everyone sees the list, ticket holders only, or nobody. Each attendee decides whether to be shown; email and phone are never shown.
Networking
Every attendee writes what they offer and what they look for. The list has search and filters, and a ticket holder sees who offers exactly what they look for.
Travel companions and housing
Attendees find people to travel with — by train, bus or car — and someone to share a place near the venue.
Letters and invitations
The ticket with a QR code arrives by email at once. Invitations by your list, reminders to those who did not finish paying. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Entry: scanner and badges
The scanner opens by a link on a phone and works without internet. Badges with QR codes: a layout builder and batch printing.
Statistics and ads
Sales, the funnel and sources, UTM tags, referral links, Meta and Google pixels, a ticket widget for your site, export to CSV and XLSX.
Team
Invite colleagues with separate roles. Give the people at the door a scanner link — with no access to money or settings.
What is next
Dates are approximate — according to the factory plan as of 12 Oct; a feature appears in your cabinet on the day it is merged.
- Newsletters to attendees by segment≈ 20–29 Oct
- Introduction requests, AI matching and 1:1 meetings at numbered tables≈ 20–29 Oct
- Payments in hryvnia through Monobank≈ 15 Oct
- Volunteers and staff: roles, shifts, timesheets≈ 20–29 Oct
- A marketplace of venues and contractors≈ 16 Oct
Price: 7% service fee + payment provider fee
- 7% of each ticket sold — that is all. No subscription, no listing fee.
- Free events cost nothing.
- By default the buyer pays the fees: they see «ticket price + service fee» before paying, and you receive the full ticket price. You can include the fees in the price instead (they then come out of your payout) — a switch in the event settings, until the first sale.
- The payment system's fee follows Stripe's rates — about 2.9% of the payment plus a fixed part in some currencies ($0.30); it is added on top so that the service fee covers it. Ukrainian payment operators charge their own rates.
- Refunds: we do not keep the fees on the refunded amount.

How to launch — 6 steps
Create the event
Name, date and place. Or paste a link or the announcement text and get a ready draft (beta).
Add tickets
Types, prices, waves, promo codes — or free registration.
Connect payments
A Stripe account for payouts is connected from the cabinet. Free events skip this step.
Publish the page
Before publishing the cabinet shows what is missing. Then: the event link, the listing and a widget for your site.
Invite people
Invitations by a list, referral links for partners, UTM tags for ads.
Manage the «Who's going» list
Choose who sees the list, hand out scanners for the door and print badges.
See it live
Open any event in the listing — these are the same pages you will get.
A big event? Let's talk
A conference, a tour or a large venue — tell us about the event and we will answer by email: how to move your attendee list over, how to run the door and which terms are possible.
- The platform is provided by 2Event Corp. (USA).
- Data is stored on servers in the EU (Germany).
- Your buyers are your audience: 2event never sends them newsletters in its own name, and every letter of yours has an unsubscribe link.
Frequent questions
How much does it cost?
7% of tickets sold plus the payment system's fee; by default the buyer pays it as a service fee on top of the price. Free events cost nothing.
When do I get the money?
3 days after the event ends; then the bank usually credits it within 1–3 business days.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
There is no custom domain or white-label today. You get a public organizer page with all your events and a ticket widget that embeds into your site.
How does «Who's going» work, and what about privacy?
You choose the mode: everyone sees the list, ticket holders only, or nobody. Each attendee decides whether to be shown. Email and phone are never shown in the list.
I do not need networking — only tickets and entry. Is that fine?
Yes. You can hide the attendee list in the event settings — tickets, payments and the scanner work without it.
Are there CRM integrations?
There are no ready CRM integrations and no public API today. You take the data out by export: attendees and sales as CSV and XLSX. For ads there are pixels and UTM tags.
How long does the launch take?
An event with free registration takes a few minutes. For paid tickets add the time to connect Stripe: Stripe itself checks the account.
Where does the consultation request go?
To the inbox of the 2event team. We answer at the email you gave and never pass it on.
Ready to try it on your next event?
Creating an event is free — you pay only when tickets sell.
Enter a name and topic — we’ll prepare the rest
Name and topic → up to three questions → one review screen.
AI only proposes. The event appears in the catalogue after you choose Publish.
