This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that
the 2Event.com service may obtain about the User while using the site's features.
The User agrees to the privacy policy at the time of registration on the 2Event.com site,
along with another mandatory document, the Terms (Offer Agreement). Also, the text of the
Privacy Policy and Terms is always available for review on the 2Event.com site in the user section.
DEFINITIONS
In this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:
"2Event.com Site Administration (hereinafter – Site Administration)" – authorized employees
responsible for managing the site, acting on behalf of 2Event.com, who organize and (or) process personal
data, as well as determine the purpose of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject
to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
"Personal data" - any information related directly or indirectly to a specifically identified
or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
"Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed
using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording,
systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer
(distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
"Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other persons who
have access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal
data or in the presence of another legal basis
"2Event.com Site User (hereinafter - User)" – a person who has access to the Site, using
the Internet and the 2Event.com Site to post information about an event or purchase electronic tickets.
"Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which
the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open
a page of the respective site.
"IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The use of the 2Event.com Site by the User implies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of
processing the User's personal data.
In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must cease using the 2Event.com Site.
The Privacy Policy applies only to the 2Event.com Site. 2Event.com does not control and is not responsible for
third-party sites that the User may visit through links available on the 2Event.com site.
The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the 2Event.com site.
SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY
The Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration regarding the non-disclosure
and ensuring the confidentiality protection regime of personal data provided by the User during registration
on the 2Event.com site, when creating a user profile, or when completing a questionnaire to purchase an
electronic ticket.
Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the
registration form on the 2Event.com Site and includes the following information:
Mandatory for registration and ticket purchase:
● User's last name, first name
● Email address (e-mail)
● Password
Additional, sometimes mandatory, when creating a profile and purchasing a ticket:
● User's contact phone;
● Place of work
● Position
● Links to personal pages on social networks, Skype
● How you can be useful to event participants
● What you are looking for at the event
Additional, not mandatory, when purchasing a ticket:
● Biometric data, photo for face scanning
● Answers to the Organizer's questionnaire, revealing the Buyer's preferences or affiliation to
something (clothing size, vegetarianism...)
● Role at the event (volunteer, speaker)
The site administration protects data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of
advertising blocks and when visiting pages with a statistical script system installed ("pixel"):
● IP address;
● Information from cookies;
● Information about the browser (or other program that accesses to display ads);
● Access time;
● Page address where the ad block is located;
● Referrer (address of the previous page).
Disabling cookies may result in inability to access parts of the
2Event.com site that require authorization.
The site administration collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This
information is used to identify and resolve technical issues, for
monitoring the legality of financial transactions.
Any other personal information not mentioned above (purchase history,
used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and
non-disclosure, except as provided by this Privacy Policy.
PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
The user's personal data may be used by the site administration for the following purposes:
● Identification of the user registered on the 2Event.com site, for issuing an electronic ticket.
● Providing the user with access to personalized resources of 2Event.com.
● Establishing feedback with the user, including sending messages, inquiries related to the use
of the 2Event.com site, providing services, processing user requests and applications.
● Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
● Creating an account for making purchases if the User has consented to creating an account.
● Providing effective customer and technical support to the User in case of problems related to
the use of the 2Event.com site.
● Providing the User, with their consent, special offers, information about events and promotions,
newsletters, and other information on behalf of 2Event.com or on behalf of the event organizer whose
tickets were previously purchased by the Buyer.
● Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.
WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Processing of User's personal data is carried out without any time limits, by any legal means, including in
information systems of personal data using automation tools or without using such tools.
The User agrees that the site administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties,
including event organizers whose tickets were previously purchased by the Buyer, and also, profile data is
visible to all site Users, regardless of registration. At the same time, the email address is not disclosed.
The User agrees that the profile data will be partially visible to other event participants registered for
the same event. All registered participants will have access to the list of visitors to facilitate the
proper functioning of the B2B networking service 2Event.com, namely, scheduling meetings between participants.
However, the User agrees that the ability to view the phone number or Skype will only be available to another
participant after the latter confirms the meeting request.
User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner
established by the legislation of Ukraine.
Processing of personal data is carried out on a legal and fair basis. Processing of personal data is limited
to the achievement of specific, predetermined, and legitimate purposes. Processing of personal data not
compatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed.
Combining databases containing personal data whose processing is carried out for incompatible purposes is not allowed.
Only those personal data that correspond to the purposes of their processing are subject to processing.
The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Processed
personal data is not excessive in relation to the stated purposes of processing. When processing personal data,
accuracy, sufficiency, and, in necessary cases, relevance in relation to the stated purpose of their processing
are ensured.
Storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows determining the subject of personal data no longer
than required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period of personal data is
established by law, contract, party of which, beneficiary or guarantor of which is the subject of personal data.
Processed personal data are subject to destruction or depersonalization upon achievement of the purposes
of processing, the need for which is reached, unless otherwise provided by law.
In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or
disclosure of personal data.
The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal
information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution,
as well as other unlawful actions of third parties. Thus, considering that our servers are located in different
regions of the world, the information of a specific user is processed in the country where he is physically
located while using the service. The level of information security and legislative norms in this area may differ
in different countries. Regardless of where the processing of your data takes place, 2Event.com uses the same
security measures described in this Privacy Policy.
2Event.com also complies with a number of legislative norms, including:

The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent damage or other negative
consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
The User is obliged:

Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information.
The User has the right:
Manage their personal data stored in their personal account (Profile) on the 2Event.com site, for this,

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have rights in the field of data protection that
can be exercised at any time using the contact details Support@2event.com:
● Right to access, correction, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data.

and a separate right to opt-out of direct marketing.
● Right to contact us, in certain cases, with a request for limitation of processing your personal data or a
request for transferring your personal information.
● Right to opt-out of marketing materials sent by us at any time. You can exercise this right by following the
link ("Opt-Out") in marketing electronic messages sent by us.
Website Administration is obligated to:
Use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
Ensure the confidentiality of information and not disclose it without the User's prior written consent,
as well as not engage in the sale, exchange, publication, or disclosure of the transferred personal data of
the User by other possible means, except as described in the section “METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING...”
of this Privacy Policy.
Take measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure
commonly used to protect such information in existing business practices.
Block personal data belonging to the respective User from the moment of the User's request or inquiry, or
that of their legal representative or authorized body for the period of verification, in case of discovering
inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
Website Administration has the right:
Provide personal data to trusted representatives of the company and individuals for processing on behalf
of 2Event.com. Such processing is carried out in accordance with our instructions, privacy policy, and other
applicable confidentiality and security requirements. In particular, third-party companies may provide user
support, scan entry to the event, produce badges, name souvenirs, provide services for processing buyers'
biometric data - graphic images and vector imprints of a person made by the Buyer personally using the 2Event.com
mobile app feature. For security purposes, the company does not store user photos and directs them to the
secure server of the service (the photo processing service is not disclosed for information storage purposes).
From there, the Company receives vector images that do not contain personal information, and the technology
analyzes only faces.
Carry out cross-border transfer of personal data only to the territory of foreign states that ensure proper
protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
Keep information for a certain period if it is justified by legitimate commercial or legal purposes. You can
learn more about how long the relevant information is stored and how much time is needed to delete user
information by contacting us at the email address support@2event.com. We do everything necessary to
ensure that user personal data in our services is not deleted accidentally or as a result of unlawful actions.
LIABILITY OF PARTIES
The site Administration is not responsible for the loss of data due to the actions of third parties,
including the hosting provider of the Company, software errors, unreliable communication channels, as well
as illegal actions of hackers and other criminals.
In case of loss of user data intended for the user, the Site Administration undertakes to notify users within
24 hours of establishing the fact of loss, as well as to make every possible effort to minimize negative
consequences for users and identify those responsible.
In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this
confidential information:
● Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
● Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
● Was disclosed with the User's consent.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the site User and the site
Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim informs the claimant
in writing of the results of the claim consideration.
In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to a judicial authority in accordance
with the current legislation of Ukraine.
This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site are governed by
the current legislation of Ukraine.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the 2Event.com site, unless
otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
